LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY – Today, Andy Barr, candidate for U.S. Congress in Kentucky's Sixth Congressional District, released his second television ad for the 2010 primary. The ad continues Andy’s message of cutting wasteful government spending and a return to conservative principles. It features several testimonials from citizens in Central Kentucky about Andy’s commitment to cutting spending, promoting life and protecting Second Amendment rights.
