Andy Barr Receives Important Pro-Life Endorsement
Kentucky Right to Life Association Political Action Committee
Endorses Andy Barr for Congress
LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY – Andy Barr announced today that the Political Action Committee of the Kentucky Right to Life Association has endorsed his campaign for Congress in Kentucky’s sixth district. He is the only candidate in the sixth district’s primary to receive this endorsement.
“We wish you victory in the upcoming election. We will be encouraging all of our members and friends to cast a pro-life vote for you!” wrote Susan Kenney, Treasurer of KRLA-PAC, in a letter of endorsement.
“I hold a conviction that many Kentuckians share: that every life should be welcomed and protected,” said Andy Barr. “In Congress, I will oppose using tax dollars to fund abortions, work to uphold the ban on Partial Birth Abortions and support legislation that allows women to have real-time access to ultrasound images of their unborn."
"As the proud uncle of a beautiful three year old girl adopted from China, I am also a strong advocate of adoption as an alternative to abortion," said Barr.
“I am honored and proud to be recognized for my commitment to protecting life.”
