Andy Barr Signs No Climate Tax Pledge

LEXINGTON, KY - Today, Sixth District Congressional candidate Andy Barr signed Americans for Prosperity's No Climate Tax Pledge. He joins over 635 candidates nationwide to sign the pledge.
Barr underscored how harmful a national energy tax would be to Kentucky's economy. "Kentucky's low cost of energy gives our state an incredible economic advantage. A national climate tax would result in catastrophic job loss and more expensive energy bills for Kentucky families."

I, Andy Barr, pledge to the taxpayers of the State of Kentucky and to the American people that I will oppose any legislation relating to climate change that includes a net increase in government revenue.
